Monitoring of the apicoectomy (operation on an abscess at the tip of the tooth root) during each phase: -Gum detachment, bone drilling, root tip sectioning, bone basin curettage, canal preparation and obturation. -For retrograde obturator removal. -Notched mirror to prevent slipping on the bone. -Implant placement with axis control, drilling and screwing. -Checking for tartar removal and bone defects in the mirror.
